All rentals are month to month and you can cancel at any time.
How does renting a storage unit or a parking space include access to the moving van service? When you rent a storage unit or a parking space with Hawkeye Storage, you gain access to our moving van . The rental fee for the moving van is waived. Even if you don't book with us, you can still rent our moving van. Please click here for additional details.
How do I book a storage unit/parking space? Scroll down and check out our availability. If you need any help feel free to contact us.
Can you move in immediately? Yes, you can move in as soon as you book. You’ll pick your gate code. Just make sure to use the gate code followed by the # sign for entry.
When can I go into the storage facility? We have 24/7 access to the facility at no extra charge.
Do I need to provide my own lock? Yes, we suggest a disc lock but you can use whatever lock you prefer.
Are there designated parking spots? Yes, you will be assigned your own numbered parking spot.
Do I need to stop in and sign paperwork to move in? No, you can do everything online!
Is anyone at the property that can help me? All of our facilities are not manned however if you need assistance give us a call at 317-751-2433.
What if I need a bigger parking space or storage unit? We can help you with that. Call us and we can get you into the right space for you.
Can I change my payment date? Unfortunately, you cannot change your payment due date. All payments are due on the first of the month.
Do I need to give a 30 day move out notice? No, we just ask that you are completely done using the parking space / storage unit prior to move out. We cannot schedule move outs ahead of time or this will deactivate your gate code in our system. To move out you can call 317-751-2433 extension 2 or you can move out by clicking here.
How do I provide my own insurance? If you're not using one of our protection plans, you'll need to provide your insurance policy number and expiration date. You can do that by clicking here.
Can I park my semi in any parking space? Please note semi parking is only allowed in designated semi parking spaces. If you book a non-semi parking space you will be asked to transfer into a designated semi space.
Do you offer portable containers? Yes, we offer portable containers that can be delivered to your property or moved to your next location or our facility. They are ideal for renovations, extra inventory, or moving. For more information, click here.

Hawkeye Storage Pittsboro has been an great facility for me to store my coach. They had exactly what I was looking for with an easy enter / exit code protected facility. I've had no damage with nothing stolen at their camera monitored facility. They offer open air, fully enclosed and car-port type storage units. I'd recommend them to everyone.“

The staff was great at contacting me to help me get in to the space. But when I got there, my spot 229 was very tight because of the other rv park directly in front of where I needed to turn not saying I'm such a great operator with a trailer, but just the same, it was a little tight. You might want to look at the map before you pick out a spot or agree to a spot, so you know that you can navigate to it easilyStorage Calculator
