Joani and Brooke were amazingly helpful (and *beyond* patient) getting me set up with a storage space to park our boat. I used the online reservation tool and picked the wrong location initially, but they worked with me (on a weekend!) to get it straightened out. The facility is easy to get in and out of and there’s plenty of room to manipulate a trailer. Definitely would recommend Hawkeye Storage.
Edited to add that we’ve now used Hawkeye for 2 summers to store our boat and I still feel the same way. The employees are the best part!“

I have used their storage units for almost 10 years and have never had any problems. They even accommodated me when I needed to move to a larger unit. The process to get my initial unit and then to move to my new unit was very easy and no stress!

All rentals are month to month and you can cancel at any time.
How does renting a storage unit or a parking space include access to the moving van service? When you rent a storage unit or a parking space with Hawkeye Storage, you gain access to our moving van . The rental fee for the moving van is waived. Even if you don't book with us, you can still rent our moving van. Please click here for additional details.
How do I book a storage unit/parking space? Scroll down and check out our availability. If you need any help feel free to contact us.
Can you move in immediately? Yes, you can move in as soon as you book. You’ll pick your gate code. Just make sure to use the gate code followed by the # sign for entry.
When can I go into the storage facility? We have 24/7 access to the facility at no extra charge.
Do I need to provide my own lock? Yes, we suggest a disc lock but you can use whatever lock you prefer.
Are there designated parking spots? Yes, you will be assigned your own numbered parking spot.
Do I need to stop in and sign paperwork to move in? No, you can do everything online!
Is anyone at the property that can help me? All of our facilities are not manned however if you need assistance give us a call at 317-204-7572. What if I need a bigger parking space or storage unit? We can help you with that. Call us and we can get you into the right space for you.
Can I change my payment date? Unfortunately, you cannot change your payment due date. All payments are due on the first of the month.
Do I need to give a 30-day move-out notice? No, we just ask that you are completely done using the parking space / storage unit prior to move out. We cannot schedule move outs ahead of time or this will deactivate your gate code in our system. To move out you can call 317-204-7572 extension 2 or you can move out by clicking here.
Can I book a unit/space farther than 5 days out? If you would like to book a unit further out than 5 days, please contact us and we would be happy to help you set a move in date further in the future if available.
Do you have a waiting list? Yes, we have a waiting list. This is perfect for those that need their stroage in a different season or for a specific month. Contact us to be added to the waiting list.
How do I provide my own insurance? If you're not using one of our protection plans, you'll need to provide your insurance policy number and expiration date. You can do that by clicking here.
Do you offer portable containers? Yes, we offer portable containers that can be delivered to your property or moved to your next location or our facility. They are ideal for renovations, extra inventory, or moving. For more information, click here.
