How do I book a storage unit/parking space? Scroll down and check out our availability. If you need any help feel free to contact us.
Can you move in immediately? Yes, you can move in as soon as you book. You’ll pick your gate code. Just make sure to use the gate code followed by the # sign for entry.
When can I go into the storage facility? We have 24/7 access to the facility at no extra charge.
Do I need to provide my own lock? Yes, we suggest a disc lock but you can use whatever lock you prefer.
Are there designated parking spots? Yes, you will be assigned your own numbered parking spot.
Do I need to stop in and sign paperwork to move in? No, you can do everything online!
Is anyone at the property that can help me? All of our facilities are not manned however if you need assistance give us a call at 317-676-3100. What if I need a bigger parking space or storage unit? We can help you with that. Call us and we can get you into the right space for you.
Can I change my payment date? Unfortunately, you cannot change your payment due date. All payments are due on the first of the month.
Do I need to give a 30 day move out notice? No, we just ask that you are completely done using the parking space / storage unit prior to move out. We cannot schedule move outs ahead of time or this will deactivate your gate code in our system. To move out you can call 317-676-3100 extension 2 or you can move out by clicking here.
Do your covered parking spots have electric? Yes, they do. They have a 110 plug ideal for a battery tender.
How do I provide my own insurance? If you're not using one of our protection plans, you'll need to provide your insurance policy number and expiration date. You can do that by clicking here.

Had to find a new storage option and had many choices with Hawkeye. Picked one but after looking at spacing for my camper, determined I needed a different space.
