Monthly Storage Unit Sales In Indiana
Are you interested in attending our Storage Sales each month? These units will be sold off due to a lack of payment from the tenant. A few rules need to be followed to attend these sales. We will post the schedule on this website but for the most up-to-date time please text 317-292-5557.
Storage Unit Sale Rules:
- This is a cash-only sale–exact change only
- Payments are due at the time of sale
- A $100 cash cleaning deposit is required before purchasing a unit
- If you purchase a unit, Hawkeye will give you a temporary gate code which will be active for 24 hours
- The unit must be empty and broom swept within 24 hours. Once Hawkeye confirms the unit is empty and clean the $100 deposit will be refunded
- If the unit is not empty and clean within 24 hours you will forgo your $100 deposit and Hawkeye Storage will have rights to anything left in the unit unless you make prior arrangements to rent the unit before the 24-hour period expires
- If you do rent the unit, you will be required to pay for a full month
- No one may enter the units before bidding; all looking must be done outside

No, you cannot enter the unit but you will be able to look at it from the outside before bidding.
